Born in 1970, Cem Kölemenoğlu completed his education with the second highest rank from Istanbul University’s Faculty of Business Administration in 1992. After completing his language education in England, he started his career as an auditor at DRT/BDO Denet, an international independent auditing company. Having worked at Doğan Group for 21 years since 1997, Kölemenoğlu later became the Vice President of Finance.
After taking part in the Board of Directors of many group companies as a certified public accountant, Kölemenoğlu served as the Financial Affairs President for Doğan Gazetecilik. He has been playing an active role as the CFO of Gürok Group since 2019.
Born in 1971, Kurtuluş Yavuz started his career as a System and Network Engineer at Karma Group Armada after completing his education at ITU, Electronics and Communication Engineering Department in 1995. Taking part in domestic and international projects at Roche from 1997 to 2012, he continued his career as a manager.
He served as Eczacıbaşı Health Group’s IT Director and Digital Transformation Leader from 2012 to 2017 & as the Chief Information Officer at Tekfen Holding from 2017 to 2022. Starting and leading the Tekfen Digital Transformation Program in 2017, Yavuz was awarded by Fortune Turkey’s 'Technology Leaders Shaping the Future' in 2021. Specialized in digital transformation, change leadership, industry 4.0, digital marketing, entrepreneurship / internal entrepreneurship and innovation, Yavuz joined the Gürok Group as the Chief Technology Officer as of 2022.
Dr. Abdurrahman Baş started his career in Human Resources after completing his education at METU, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. While gaining experience in his profession, he continued his academic studies focusing on Strategic Management and completed his MBA and PhD at Marmara University. Combining Human Resources and Strategic Management, he worked on establishment and organizational restructuring of many nation-wide and international companies and holdings from different sectors.
He managed talent mobility such as the assignment of domestically trained talents abroad and the assignment of foreign professionals in the country. He implemented innovative programs for talent management by developing organizational academy structures. Thriving on his personal mission to help people discover their unique potential, Dr. Abdurrahman Baş was ranked among the top 50 CHROs of Fortune Turkey in 2019. He has two published books, in addition to the corporate training programs he organized for companies, the lectures he gave at universities and the papers he presented at international congresses.
Born on June 27, 1967, Özden Dürüşken graduated from Istanbul University Geological Engineering in 1989. After completing his military service, he started his career in a construction company in Saudi Arabia. After working there for 3 years, he started to work as a raw material and blending process engineer at Gürok Group in June 1995.
Since his first assignment, first in the factory and then in other companies of the group, from raw material to quality control, from F&B assistant to construction; he took part in eight different positions, ranging from domestic and international sales directors, marketing sales director and finally Internal Audit Group Director. He has been working as Internal Audit Group Director at Gürok Group since July 2014.
