Born in 1965 in Kütahya, Erol Güral completed his bachelor’s degree at Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration, and his master's degree at Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration and Finance Institution. After his education at the University of Exeter, England, he started his career in 1988 in Kütahya Seramik. In 1992, he took on the responsibility of all processes in Gürok Kiremit.

Over the following years, he played an active role in Gürok Group’s remarkable developments in diverse sectors including industry, tourism & construction. Since 2008, he has been serving as the Deputy Chair of the Board of Gürok Group with Turkey's leading companies.
