Born in Kütahya in 1941, Rıza Güral started his professional career with “Her İş Torna Atölyesi''. Following his lumber trade business with his father Ali Güral, Rıza Güral later took further steps by taking charge in a wide range of fields within the company.

With his investments in tourism in 1970, industry in 1979, and the tile industry in 1985, he has laid the foundations of the Gürok Group. He continues to serve as the Chair of the Board of Gürok Group, the roof of brands bringing innovation & adding value to the environment, society and people. Focusing beyond the limits in all projects he is involved in, Rıza Güral reflects the sustainability principle for a better future with his corporate culture.
