Born in Kütahya in 1941, Rıza Güral started his professional career with “Her İş Torna Atölyesi''. Following his lumber trade business with his father Ali Güral, Rıza Güral later took further steps by taking charge in a wide range of fields within the company.
With his investments in tourism in 1970, industry in 1979, and the tile industry in 1985, he has laid the foundations of the Gürok Group. He continues to serve as the Chair of the Board of Gürok Group, the roof of brands bringing innovation & adding value to the environment, society and people. Born in 1965 in Kütahya, Erol Güral completed his bachelor’s degree at Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration, and his master's degree at Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration and Finance Institution. After his education at the University of Exeter, England, he started his career in 1988 in Kütahya Seramik. In 1992, he took on the responsibility of all processes in Gürok Kiremit.

After completing her undergraduate degree in business, Esin Güral Argat pursued her master's education at the Istanbul University Institute of Business Administration and Economics, and founded Güven Çini ve Seramik in 1992. Since 1998, she has been instrumental in determining Gürok Group's growth and international investment strategies, as well as leading the creation processes of all brands within the group. Since 2009, she has served as Vice President of The Board of Gürok Group. Esin Güral Argat has led from concept and strategy development to the establishment of her commercial network, earning numerous prestigious awards globally for her leadership in various ventures, including LAV, the 5th largest glassware producer in the world; GCA, an international player in the glass packaging sector; Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts, bringing innovation to the tourism sector; JOALI Maldives, providing services in the ultra-luxury segment; and JOALI BEING, the first well-being concept hotel in the Maldives. In 2023, she introduced BIJAL, a new perspective in the ultra-luxury segment within the tourism sector.

Rıza Tuna Turagay was born in 1964 in Vienna. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, and earned his master’s degree in International Banking and Finance at the University of Birmingham, UK. He began his career in 1987 at the Undersecretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade of the Prime Ministry of Türkiye. Until 2006, he served as Trade Counselor at the Embassy of Türkiye in Washington, D.C. Between 2000 and 2006, he also held the positions of Deputy General Manager of Exports at the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, President of the Housing Development Administration of the Republic of Türkiye, Vice President of the Board of Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Partnership, Deputy Undersecretary of Customs, Board Member at the Turkish Export Promotion Center, and Acting Undersecretary of Customs. From 2006 to 2019, Turagay served as a senior executive in the private sector. He then held public service roles as Deputy Minister of Trade (2019–2023), Vice President of the Board of Eximbank (2019–2023), and Chairman of the Board of Export Promotion Inc. (2021–2023).
